About Us

Mrs. Deidree Williams, MBA, TEFL, is the owner and lead Instructor at DSW English Training Services, a company that is registered and accredited with the National Accreditation and Equivalency Council of The Bahamas (NAECOB). She is a native English speaker, and the recipient of a 200 Hour Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) & Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) by the International TEFL Academy In Chicago, Illinois, USA. She is also a recipient of DreamBuilder: The Women’s Business Creator Certificate by Thunderbird School of Global Management.

She has 20 years of experience in the Aviation Industry working in both the public and quasi-government sectors and 2 + years of experience teaching English with international companies. She is a certified Language Proficiency Examiner, designated by the CAA of the Bahamas. Mrs. Williams teaches all levels, Beginner, to Advanced – for both native and non-native speakers of English (General English, Aviation English, Business English), and also helps prepare you for the IELTS and TOEFL examinations.

This business was created to meet the needs of English Learners, both native and non-natives speakers of English, who desire to improve their English skills. It was also created to establish an official Aviation Language Proficiency Testing and Rating Service Provider here in the Bahamas. Mrs. Williams loves what she does, and her mission is to see people get the satisfaction of learning something that can change their life.
