We pay in multiple currencies, depends upon where you settle your account, for example in the Bahamas – BSD, in United States – USD etc

The fees range from 2.5% to 4.5% depending on your banking relationship.

We have two versions:

1. The sun cash integration merchant account takes approximately 72 hours; the capital SAG plug and play that goes directly to your bank account takes approximately one week.

2. The e-commerce online store takes 24 hours.

No – at this time we do not, but we allow you to have a mobile app that can act as a terminal.

The client does with assistance from our Knowledge-based center; or our Concierge Department can as an ADD-ON service, whereby it can all be done for you. Also, if you have an existing website our platform can be integrated with it.

No, however the product listings and the customer names can be exported into our platform, allowing you to convert your shopify site into the SAG Platform.

The E-Commerce Solution is an empowerment tool that allows you to create an online store that accepts credit card payments online; provide curbside/delivery or shipping services with the ability to convert your existing Suncash Merchant account in to an online storefront. The SAG payments allows you to connect to   your existing business accounts and also integrates with existing websites such as wix, wordpress and others.

We have liaised with FedEx, DHL and UPS in order to make your experience and capabilities a global one. As the client completes the address, the shipping software will calculate the rate, you collect from your customer, print the airwaybill and YOU deliver your goods to the courier service.  We have simply provided the option for you to do so.

We are happy you asked because we have that option available as well. You can set you payments to the regular Suncash or Cash on Delivery. We have anticipated your every need. In addition, we integrate with all major banks within the U.S., Bahamas, Jamaica and Cayman Island.
